“Incorrect format. Subject numbers use three digits, like 015.” Names the fault and the fix, and shows the expected format as a plain example.
“Remove this mapping? This can’t be undone.” Names the exact thing being removed, states the consequence, and the button says the verb, not a vague “OK”.
“Site staff can now dispense products from lots that include non-serialized kits.” Written from the reader’s role, leading with what they can now do.
